Discerption 

Introductory course for people with little or no previous experience.
There are only 4 students per course so everyone receives individual tuition. 

Location - out building on private property in Essex country side.

The course syllabus:
 
- You will learn to identify different types of leather from chrome tanned to vegetable tanned, you will gain an understanding of their qualities, and what type of leather suits each product.
 
- Learn to maintain hand tools.
- Cut out leather using a pre-made pattern.
- Learn to hand stitch with confidence.
- Finish edges including bevelling & burnishing of vegetable tanned leather. 
- Choice of different colour leather.
